For October's gift, I went to the local dollar store and bought some children's toys (since it's October, I made sure there were some Halloween toys, too).

Yeah, the folks I visit get to see what I'm bringing them in advance. Oh, well.
Hopefully the rest of you will be a little wiser than I was--the box of candy is sufficient!! (Stupid, Lois, stupid!)
