Forget not to be patient with yourself.

Forget not the difference between a good sacrifice and a foolish sacrifice.

Forget not to be happy now.

Forget not the "why" of the gospel.

Forget not that the Lord loves you.

If you CARROT all about the sisters you visit teach, follow these guidelines:

• Pray daily for them.
• Seek inspiration to know them.
• Visit them regularly.
• Stay in frequent contact.
• Greet them at Church meetings.
• Help them when they are in need.
• Teach them the gospel.
